FAQ

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service link on the top of the screen. Input your confirmation number into the white box. If this order has been shipped you will see a series of numbers located in the Shipment Tracking field. This number can be used to track your parcel via www.USPS.com, unless otherwise stated.

Q: What should I do when I go to check out and my cart says it's empty?
A. Completely close out of the World Swimwear website. Return to the website and replace your selected items back into the cart. When you go to check out be sure to check for possible duplications. If you see items in your cart that you do not want to purchase simply click on the item that you want to delete and hit delete selected item.

B: This could be that your Virus Protection is blocking ProStores.  First try to remove any filters for ProStores. Some Virus Protection can block ProStores from sending you to a third party website, in this case PayPal.  You may also need to clear WorldSwimwear.com as a safe website on your Virus Protection. The other issue could be that you may need to clear your cookies browser.  If you are still having trouble, please contact us immediately by calling (310) 463-6068 or (502) 500-3932, email us at Customercare@WorldSwimwear.com or click on the LIVE CHAT BOX (make sure the green dot is illuminated).

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What if my shipping cost says zero?
A: This is because you have selected an expedited service (typically outside of the United States). We will contact you via email within 12 hours with the cost and instructions on how to pay for your shipping cost.

Q: How long will it take to receive my package (within the US)?
A: It can take between 3 to 10 business days to receive your order within the Unites States. You will receive an email and a tracking number once the package has been shipped.

Q: How long will it take to receive my package (outside of the US)?
A: It can take between 5 to 15 business days. It varies between each country. You will receive an email stating that your package has been shipped with the expected delivery date.

Q: Can I return or exchange merchandise?                                                  

A: Yes, but there are strict rules that apply because of hygiene safety. See Our Policies  for all the rules that apply for returns, credits and exchanges. 

Q: Do the sizes run small?

A: Yes, some styles do run small.  If you are between sizes, it is best to go with the next size up. For example; if you are a size 3-4, we suggest that you order the size Medium. See how the sizes are charted by clicking on the Size Chart link below:
