Custom Designs and Bridal Jewelry are produced upon request. A Custom Design is the request to alter an existing item using different colors or materials, or creating a completely new item from scratch. All materials must be paid for upfront. After the product is made we will send high quality images of the finished product. After satisfaction from the customer has been noted, the additional cost of labor must be paid in full prior to the item being released and sent. We offer an extended Warranty on all jewelry products. This Warranty covers basic repairs for items within one year of purchase. Basic repairs are broken links or clasp. All other repairs including major repairs, or repairs that are outside of the one year period will be charged a fee based on the repairs needed.
