World Swimwear offers the following Returns Policy:
If you receive our Bikini and it doesn't fit the way you like, or for some reason you are not completely satisfied, return it with the tags still attached including the Hygienic strip for a refund, within 7 days of delivery date. Refund must be requested within 4 days of receipt of item. Shipping cost is not refunded. Exchanges and Returns will NOT be granted if the Hygienic strip is removed from the swimsuit!!
Product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Delivery date is determined by the tracking services used to deliver parcel . Rules apply when trying on a bikini for hygiene safety. DO NOT remove briefs (underwear) when trying on bikini bottoms. All returned merchandise will be subjected to a full inspection prior to the approval of any refunds, exchanges or store credits.
Items purchased while on sale can only be exchanged.
You can exchange for another item on our website or get a store credit within 7 days of the delivery date.
We reserve the right to examine a return to see if it has been worn. (Not just tried on.) If we determine a suit to have been worn or damaged, we will respectfully deny the return. If items are soiled (make-up, fragrances, dirt, etc.) your return will be denied. In the case of a denied return, please do not attempt to resend the rejected item to us after we have returned it to you. We will not mail a denied return more than once.
Do not remove the tags or the hygienic strip until you are sure that you are keeping the bikini. Once the tags or hygienic strip is removed, the bikini is yours. No exceptions. We know when a bikini has been used.
Do not remove tags or hygienic strip or you will not be given a refund or an exchange.
When issuing a return:
Notify us immediately via email at RETURNS@Worldswimwear.com prior to mailing your return. We will send you a refund number that needs to be included with your return along with the original invoice receipt. Items returned without an invoice and refund number will not be processed. Returned items must be received by World Swimwear within a 5 day period of issued refund number.

Exchanges: Please email us at Returns@WorldSwimwear.com and notify us of the item that is being returned, and the item that you want in exchange. We will contact you at the time of receipt of the exchange request.

We allow one exchange without additional shipping cost. After the first exchange additional shipping cost will apply. PLEASE NOTE: RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ISSUED REFUND NUMBER.
Customers outside of the United States, please note the following rules that apply to your purchase with World Swimwear.
1. We will ONLY accept exchanges. An exchange must be approved prior to returning the item within 15 days of the shipping date. No refunds will be administered.
2. If your international address is unverified by our payment system, we will notify you of this issue. If you agree to proceed with the order under these circumstances we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing items or any problems directly related to the receipt or lack of receiving any merchandise.
3. There are certain cases when we will need additional information to verify a credit card authorization. You will be notified of this immediately via email. Your order will be placed on hold until we can further verify payment authorization.
**For orders shipped outside the US per international law we are required to list your purchase as merchandise on your customs form and the amount listed will reflect the actual product cost. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or levies that your country may impose.**
Our Store Policy can change. Any changes to our Store Policy will be in effect for all purchases both prior to and after Store Policy changes are made.
